Support for Zion’s Livestream

Close and restart the vMix application and the camera application.

Check that the sound board is powered on. Close and restart the vMix application.

Close out of vMix. Double click on the STREAM.bat file and let it run. Close out of the StreamDeck application that comes up and restart vMix.

Don’t panic! It is not the end of the world.
Check the router behind the slide computer monitor. Unplug the power for 5 seconds and plug it back in. Wait 1 minute. If still no internet, record the service so it can be uploaded later.
Check the office by the kitchen. The network switch along the left-hand wall may be unplugged.

Close the camera application and restart it. Test the movement.
If that does not resolve the issue, press the Reset Camera Connection on the StreamDeck, close vMix and the Camera applications and restart them.

Check the slide computer that it has slides in the live section (upper right)
Check the vMix Desktop Capture on the slide computer. It should have connections. If not close the window, and open the application from the desktop icon.
